Festive Family Workshop (Calver)

Service Description

Get the family together to dress Jim the Bear! Northern Brights - created by me - are bringing you all the festive feels with Jim the Bear at the heart of it! The theme for these workshops are 'Dress Jim the Bear' Fun for all the family, with vinyl accessories, paint & stencils to decorate and dress Jim on your very own t-shirt and create your very own unique family collection! Included in this workshop price is a drink and snack. Booking is essential to secure your spot and we require 48 hours notice if for any reason you need to cancel your booking, however we realise some things happen without warning so please get in touch if you need to contact us on the email below: hello@northernbrights.co.uk *** Please note that we require a minimum of 6 children for the workshop to go ahead due to costs involved. Unfortunately, if we don't have enough children to fulfil this criteria we will give you the option of moving to one of our alternative dates or offering you a full refund. Cancellation Policy

WORKSHOPS We require a minimum of 6 children per workshop due to costs. Unfortunately if we are unable to fulfil these requirements we will give you the option to move to one of our other workshops or offer you a full refund. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Also a good reason to get all your friends involved and spread the word! Thank you! We will need 48 hours notice to refund your booking as each item will be allocated for your child, We understand that unforeseen things can happen so if you need to get in touch, please do so. hello@northernbrights.co.uk PARTIES Terms and conditions of party bookings: Once the date and venue for your party is confirmed and agreed, we will require a £50 deposit to secure your booking. We will need final numbers confirmed, t-shirt colours & sizes chosen and your balance to be paid 14 days before your booked party date, as this is when we will start preparing and ordering items in for your party. Cancellation policy: You are entitled to cancel your booking subject to ‘Northern Brights - Created by me’ receiving your request at least 14 days before your booked party date. Any requests for cancellation must be emailed to hello@northernbrights.co.uk You will be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause. If you need to cancel within 14 days of your booking, we are unable to process a refund but happy to rearrange your existing party booking to a later date and time convenient for you. Thank you!
